REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy lasts 15 days since the date of purchase. If 15 days have gone by the date of purchase, a refund or an exchange may not be offered.

Items that are defective or damaged may be eligible for a refund or an exchange. 

A proof of purchase is required to process a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, your item must be returned unused in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When returning your items, you should consider using a reliable and trackable shipping service.

Once your returned item is received by us, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. After our inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund or the exchange.

REFUNDS

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment – within a certain amount of days depending on your original method of payment.

EXHANGES

If approved, your exchanged item will be shipped to the original shipping address of your purchase; however, depending on where the address is, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNED ITEMS

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
